OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
All in stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement and are shipped via USPS first class mail unless priority shipping is requested. All custom and pre order items will ship as soon as they are available and the expected shipping time frame will be disclosed prior to purchase in the item description. All shipped items will be issued a tracking number that will be sent to the email provided at the time of check out and orders can be tracked online.

All porch pick up items are available for porch pickup in Liberty MO within 2 business days of purchase. An email will be sent to you to let you know your order is ready for pick up as well as pick up address. Since our location is home based, we do not post our address on the website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days of purchase. This applies to both in stock items and custom orders. Exchanges are also not accepted unless the item you are returning due to defect is not available and a replacement of the same price is agreed upon.
